Many Cells

The lean production system pioneered by Toyota has become standard operating procedure for much of the automotive industry and has been incorporated into many others. We are adept at building automation systems to fit seamlessly into such continuous flow environments and understand the need for production lines to be balanced. Simply put, takt time must be calibrated to match the speed of workers’ output. In such cases, our goal is typically to achieve a combination of automation and human output that optimizes efficiency in terms of throughput and equipment cost.
